Participating Consumer Terms and Conditions

As a consumer who visited a Pennzoil-Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS Products-contracted Heavy Duty Installer in the U.S. offering Shell Rotella® T4 Triple Protection®, Shell Rotella® T5 Synthetic Blend Technology, or Shell Rotella® T6 Full Synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oils, you (“consumer(s)” or “you”) are eligible to participate in this Shell Rotella Loyalty Rewards Promotion (“Program”) powered by Digital Rocket, provided you comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Program is sponsored by Pennzoil-Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS Products (“Sponsor”), 150 N Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX, 77079.

1) Program Period

a) The Promotion runs from March 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019 (the “Program Period”). Consumers may receive coupons between June 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019.

2) Consumer Enrollment

a) Consumers must opt-in to the Program by using their cell phone and texting a unique code to enroll. Limit one (1) opt-in and three Coupon Codes (as defined below) per mobile phone number. No purchase necessary to opt in. Consumers will receive marketing messages via text on behalf of Sponsor.

b) Consumers may opt-in to participate in the Program from March 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. Consumers may receive coupons between June 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019.

c) The Digital Rocket Oil Change Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to the Program. Consumers may opt-out of the Program at any time by texting “STOP” to 645244.

3) Shell Rotella Loyalty Rewards Promotion Offers and Coupons

a) As soon as consumers text in the shop’s unique code, they will receive a welcome text message that allows them to opt in to the program. Once they opt in, they are redirected to a landing page with a sweepstakes. Consumers need to follow the rules of the sweepstakes if they want to participate.

b) Shell Rotella® Coupons will be issued for $25.00 off a Shell Rotella® T4 Triple Protection®, Shell Rotella® T5 Synthetic Blend Technology, or Shell Rotella® T6 Full Synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil change at an enrolled Installer location.

c) Each Shell Rotella® Coupon will be unique to each consumer. Coupons may be shared with another person(s) but may only be redeemed one time.

d) Consumers opting in during the Program Period will receive a Coupon 90 days after opting in. Consumers will continue to receive Coupons every 30 days until one (1) coupon is redeemed. Participating consumers may receive up to two (2) text messages per month during the Program Period. Coupons expire on the date listed on the coupon. Participating consumers may redeem a maximum of one (1) coupon during the Program Period.

e) Coupon Codes cannot be reissued or recovered if deleted, lost or stolen. Coupon Codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

f) The maximum number of Coupons a consumer may receive in 2019 is one (1) per month during the Program Period. Coupons will be sent via text and by enrolling in the Program, a consumer consents to receive such text messages. If the Installer opts out of the Shell Rotella® Loyalty Rewards Promotion; and/or the Installer ceases to be a Shell Rotella® Heavy Duty Installer, the consumer will no longer receive Coupons.

g) By enrolling in the Program, you expressly agree to receive up to two (2) text messages per month during the Program Period using automated technology in response to his/her enrollment. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas.

4) Restrictions Applicable to Consumers

a) Use of another person’s cell phone number to obtain Coupon Codes is strictly prohibited. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to fraudulently obtain additional Coupon Codes is a violation of federal law, and may result in prosecution.

b) Standard data plan rates may apply. Other charges may also apply; consumers must check their mobile plan for rates/details relating to participation in the Program.

c) This offer may not be published in any publication, electronic or printed, without written permission from SOPUS Products and Digital Rocket.

d) SOPUS Products and Digital Rocket reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the Program at any time, without notice.

e) Offer valid only in U.S.A. Void where prohibited by law.
